When can I feed my fish?

It's almost the first day of spring and the number one question, is when can I feed my fish?  It is amazing how the fish hibernate all winter under the ice, don't eat and come up in the spring full of life!!  Once the water temperature is consistently 50 degrees F and above it is safe to feed your fish.  Be sure to keep your fish protected from unwanted visitors until your plants start to provide shelter.
